What and Why ?
IHX Pro offers seamless one-stop solution solutions to incorporate transparency in the health care management system through a host of services such as Out-patient and In-patient management and insurance tracking, revenue cycle, profile management, which will eventually help optimize costs. The platform helps hospitals to simplify their workflows related to patient care and insurance billing.

Role and Deliverables: As a UX designer I was working with the product manager and their design lead. I was involved in comprehensive user research, brainstorming, Building the information architecture, Site map, and wireframes which was then followed by one of my colleagues Niraj Pangarkar who worked with me on the visual designs.
Primary and Secondary Research
We drilled into each attribute with specific ways that could manifest in the product experience. This really clicked with the team and helped everyone understand what the strategy meant and what we needed to do next. We did a detailed stakeholder analysis at the onset helped us group them according to their levels of participation, interest, and influence in the project. This ultimately led to the identification of better user-flows and hierarchy mapping.
User Flow
We did brainstorming sessions and created a bucket list of words. Built connections between the shareholders to give a perfect system.
Information Architecture
Understanding the complex business objectives, and different user behaviours we adopted an Affinity Diagramming approach. This helped us with better organisation of the data points leading to more logical layouts and intuitive interactions.

Transforming the
healthcare ecosystem
A digital platform that works with various departments within the healthcare ecosystem such as Financing, Operations (IP, OP, Insurance), Finance (an end-to-end integrated finance solution), Marketing, Administration.
I worked with their product manager and the design lead, It was a great journey with all the inputs, problem-solving while making wireframes and discussing the product brief.
Design Principles
So we had a loose strategy, now we needed to execute. We created a set of design principles to unite our design team as we moved into execution mode. These principles were extremely helpful for aligning with stakeholders and justifying the reasoning behind design decisions.

After wireframes and grey-boxing we went about defining the visual style of the product. We stuck to our principles and focused on our strategy of making the experience more effortless (clear + fast + accessible).
